Sciatica is usually characterized as a pain which starts in the lower back and extends down the back of one or both legs. The pain usually worsens with long periods of sitting or standing.  Those suffering from sciatica are often in their 40s and 50s.  The good news is the Chiropractic can be quite helpful in dealing with sciatica.
